CISX delisting of Southbank UK Plc

The Directors of Specialist Energy Group notify shareholders that pursuant to the offer document dated 23 December 2009 in which it stated that the Company intended to cancel the admission of the Southbank UK Plc ("Southbank") shares admitted on the Official List of the Channel Island Stock Exchange ("CISX"), the cancellation of Southbank's shares on the CISX became effective at 0700hrs on 22 March 2010.
