Arden Partners plc23 July 2007 Arden Partners plc ("Arden" or "the Company") Circular to shareholders In its interim results for the six months ended 30 April 2007, announced on 2July 2007, Arden stated that it intended to present proposals to shareholdersfor a new Long Term Incentive Plan. The Company announces that a circular (the "Circular) containing details of theproposed new Arden Partners Share Plan (the "New Share Plan") was posted toshareholders on 20 July 2007. The Circular also contains a notice of anExtraordinary General Meeting, to be held on 7 August 2007 at which the adoptionof the New Share Plan will be considered.
