Further to the announcement made on 22 May 2009, Caspian Holdings plc ('Caspian' or 'the Company') announces that a circular and notice of annual general meeting has been sent to shareholders of the Company.
The circular provides further background information to the transaction of the earlier announcement and gives notice that the annual general meeting of the Company has been called for 11 am on 29 June 2009 at 18b Charles Street, Mayfair, London, W1J 5DU.
