Circular regarding the change of auditor
Pursuant to Section 520(2) of the Companies Act 2006, a circular has been posted to shareholders of Camellia Plc for information only in relation to the statutory statement received from Moore Stephens LLP in connection with its resignation as the company's auditor. The resignation follows the company's competitive process for the selection of an audit firm and the decision to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor. Two copies of the circular have been forwarded to the Financial Services Authority. A copy is also available on the company's website (www.camellia.plc.uk). A copy of the resignation letter received from Moore Stephens LLP has been filed with the Registrar of Companies.
