Circular re: Proposed disposal of Aminex USA Inc.
Further to the announcement dated 17 June 2014 regarding the proposed disposal of Aminex USA, Inc. (the "Disposal"), the board of Aminex PLC ("Aminex" or the "Company") announces that a circular will be posted to shareholders of the Company today (the "Circular").
The Circular gives further details of the Disposal and contains a notice of the extraordinary general meeting of the Company to approve the Disposal (the "EGM"). The EGM will be held at the Grange White Hall Hotel, 2-5 Montague Street, London WC1B 5BP, United Kingdom at 11.00 a.m. on 22 August 2014.
The Circular is available for inspection in electronic form on the Company's website, www.aminex-plc.com and has been submitted to the national storage mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm and to the Company Announcements Office, Irish Stock Exchange, 28 Anglesea Street, Dublin 2, Ireland.
