Circular re disposal of Oakover Tenements

Red Rock Resources plc ('Red Rock' or the 'Company') the mining exploration and mineral investment company with interests in iron ore and manganese in Australia and Zambia, and uranium investments in Africa and Australia, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement made on 8 July 2009, it will today be posting a circular to shareholders convening a general meeting of the Company to be held on 24 August 2009 to approve the disposal of the Oakover Tenements to Jupiter Mines Limited.
