Further to the announcement made earlier today by the Company regarding the proposed demerger of the Company's pharmaceutical business (the "Demerger"), the Company announces that a circular outlining the details of the Demerger and the resolution to be considered at the Company's general meeting to be held on 11 December 2014, together with notice of that meeting (the "Circular") is being posted or otherwise made available to the Company's shareholders today. The Circular has been approved by the UK Listing Authority. A copy of the Circular is available on the Company's website: http://www.rb.com.
