Publication of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

The Company has today published a Circular regarding Proposals for (i) a Managed Wind-Down of the Company through Amendments to the Investment Policy and Investment Objective, (ii) Proposed Amendment to the Company's Remuneration Policy and (iii) Proposed Amendment to the Articles of Association, together with a Notice of General Meeting.

The General Meeting is to be held at 2.00pm on 16 November 2018 at 10 Snow Hill, London, EC1A 2AL.

A copy of the Circular and Notice of General Meeting will be submitted shortly to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and will be available for inspection at the NSM, which is situated at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm. These documents will also shortly be available on the Company's website at: http://www.rangerdirectlending.uk.
