Copies of the Circular and Notice of General Meeting in regard to the proposed disposal of a 50% interest in Broadgate and formation of a Joint Venture with The Blackstone Group L.P. have been submitted to the Financial Services Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at The Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
