Circular and Notice of EGM

IFG Group plc announces the issue of a Circular to Shareholders relating to a) the proposed introduction of a new Share Option Plan and b) change of Auditors after a competitive tendering process. The Circular is being posted to Shareholders and delivered electronically to Shareholders that elected to receive it in that way.

Copies of the documents are being submitted to the Irish Stock Exchange and, in accordance with Rule 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority, to the UK National Storage Mechanism. The documents will be available for inspection at:
