This is in continuation to our earlier intimations, wherein it was informed that Company along with other Noticees' have filed Settlement Application with SEBI on March 30, 2022 under the applicable provisions of SEBI (Settlement Proceedings) Regulations, 2018 in respect of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Ad Interim Ex-Parte Order cum Show Cause Notice dated March 7, 2022.

In this regard, we would like to inform you that basis the Settlement Application(s) filed in the said matter, SEBI has allowed settling the proceedings vide its Settlement Order dated October 10, 2022 bearing no. SO/EFD-2/SD/6823/OCT/2022 ('Settlement Order"). The said Settlement Order has been received by the Company on October 12, 2022. The copy of the said Settlement Order is available on the official website of SEBI at https://www.sebi.gov.in/enforcement/orders/oct-2022/settlement-order-in-respect-of-dish-tv-india-ltd-and-4-other-applicants-in-the-matter-of-dish-tv-india-ltd_63931.html. The settlement is without admitting or denying the findings of fact and conclusions of law, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Settlement Proceedings) Regulations 2018 and vide the said Settlement Order, the pending adjudication proceedings for the alleged defaults are settled qua the applicants.
