PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF CAMBRIDGE SOLUTIONS LIMITED ("CAMBRIDGE SOLUTIONS") |
POSTING OF CLASS 1 CIRCULAR
Xchanging announces that it has posted a Class 1 circular (the "Circular") to its shareholders in connection with the proposed acquisition of Cambridge Solutions (the "Acquisition"). The Circular contains notice of the general meeting of Xchanging shareholders (the "Xchanging General Meeting") to approve the Acquisition and the proposed authorities to allot shares. The Xchanging General Meeting will be held at the offices of Clifford Chance LLP, 4 Coleman Street, London EC2R 5JJ at 9.00 a.m. on 11 November 2008.
Copies of the Circular have been submitted to the Financial Services Authority for publication through the document viewing facility which is situated at The Financial Services Authority, 25 North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
Copies of the Circular are available for collection by Xchanging shareholders from the offices of Xchanging, 13 Hanover Square, London W1S 1HN during normal business hours on any weekday (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excepted).
