Proposed Disposal of Cash Systems
Further to De La Rue's announcement on 16 June 2008 of the proposed disposal of its Cash Systems business, De La Rue announces that a circular setting out further details of the proposed disposal and containing the notice of an extraordinary general meeting of the Company to be held on 14 July 2008 has been posted to De La Rue's shareholders today.
A copy of the circular is available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS. Copies of the circular and documents for inspection will be available for inspection at the offices of Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London EC2A 2HA and the registered office of De La Rue plc, De La Rue House, Jays Close, Viables, Basingstoke, RG22 4BS, during normal business hours on any weekday until the conclusion of the Extraordinary General Meeting.
