Posting of Annual Report and Board Change
The Company confirms that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2012 and circular containing a notice convening the Annual General Meeting for 12 June 2013 (the "Circular"), was posted today.
The Annual Report and the Circular are available on the Company's website (www.circleholdingsplc.com).
The Company announces that Ali Parsadoust, a non-executive director, will be stepping down from the Board with effect from close of business on 13 May 2013.
Michael Kirkwood, Chairman of Circle Holdings plc said:
"We are naturally sorry to see Ali stand down from the board, but understand that the nature and extent of his growing external commitments require him to do so. The Board thanks him for all his service to the company and wishes him well in his future endeavours".
Ali Parsadoust said,
"In the midst of an economic downturn, we built Circle from scratch into the largest partnership of healthcare professionals in Europe with £170m of revenue under management. As the increased commitment to my new ventures requires me to leave the Board, I wish my partners every success in taking this progressive enterprise forward."
