Consolidations of the Short and Leveraged Commodity Securities of the following classes

ETFS 2x Daily Long Brent Crude Securities

ETFS 2x Daily Long Natural Gas Securities

ETFS 2x Daily Long Nickel Securities

ETFS 2x Daily Long Petroleum Securities

ETFS 2x Daily Long Wheat Securities

ETFS 2x Daily Long WTI Crude Oil Securities

Terms used in this announcement and not otherwise defined bear the same meanings as where used in the prospectus of the Issuer dated 19 October 2015 for the programme for the issuance of Short and Leveraged Commodity Securities.

ETFS Commodity Securities Limited (the "Issuer") announces that it has posted a circular (the "Circular") dated 12 April 2016 to relevant Security Holders relating to consolidations (the "Consolidations") proposed to be effected in respect of the following classes of Short and Leveraged Commodity Securities (together the "Affected Securities"):

A copy of the circular can be obtained from the Issuer's website at https://www.etfsecurities.com.

It is expected that the time and date (the "Effective Date") on which the Consolidations will become effective will be no earlier than the close of business on 13 May 2016. 

Further Announcements

No later than 14 days prior to the Effective Date the Issuer will release a further announcement on each of the exchanges upon which the Affected Securities are admitted to trading confirming (inter alia) the following in respect of each class of Affected Security:

· the Effective Date

· the Specified Number (the number of Affected Securities of that class to be consolidated into one Security of that class pursuant to the Consolidations)

· the ISIN of securities of such class following the Consolidation

Impact on Investors

The aggregate Price of an investor's holding of any class of Affected Securities will not be affected by the Consolidation, other than in respect of the redemption of any resulting fractions as described in the Circular.

Documentation and Notice

The Consolidations will be implemented pursuant to a Supplemental Trust Instrument dated 12 April 2016 and made between the Trustee and the Issuer. In addition the Issuer has entered into an agreement dated 12 April 2016 supplemental to the Facility Agreements with each Commodity Contract Counterparty making an equivalent adjustment to the applicable Commodity Contracts. This announcement and the Circular constitute notice of the Consolidations and the amendments made by the agreement supplemental to the Facility Agreements as described in the Circular.
