Reference is made to the notice of Extraordinary General meeting (second meeting) issued on March 11th, 2019, the Board of Directors of Commercial International Bank - Egypt (CIB) herby notifies the shareholders of the Bank that the Extraordinary General meeting scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 20 March, 2019 is postponed.
The Board will schedule a new Extraordinary General meeting date and announce it to the shareholders in due course in accordance with the legal procedures.
