The consideration, payable in cashover 2 years, is RMB 20 million (approximately £1.4 million). KEY POINTS: • The acquisition of Talent Spotter provides Robert Walters entry into the dynamic and rapidly expanding recruitment market in mainland China. • The acquisition strengthens Robert Walters's position as the leading specialist recruitment business in Asia. • Talent Spotter has two established offices and 49 staff. • Talent Spotter's head office is in Shanghai; the second office is in Suzhou, a city with a population of c. 10 million, located 75 miles inland from Shanghai, and one of the most prosperous in China.
