 Chief Financial Officer to Stand Down at 2013 Annual General Meeting After 10 Years Service

Warren Tucker, who has served as Chief Financial Officer ('CFO') of Cobham plc ('Cobham') since May 2003, had previously discussed with the Cobham Board long term planning with regard to tenure on the Board. Following Andy Stevens' retirement for medical reasons and at the Board's request a final decision was delayed to allow for the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer ('CEO'). It is now planned that Warren will stand down at the Annual General Meeting in 2013, after completing 10 years of service. This will enable a good transition with the new CEO and facilitate, in due course, the process for appointing and handing over to a new CFO.

Warren Tucker commented: "Cobham is a great company with tremendous potential and although I will miss the business and its people, I feel that ten years is long enough on the Board of any one company. I am very focused on supporting the company, my colleagues and facilitating the arrival and induction of Bob Murphy prior to embarking on a new and different phase of my career next year."
