Bodycote plc announces that John Hubbard, Chief Executive, notified the company on 17 September 2008 that he had that day exercised options over 64,170 share options granted in September 2002 at 125.76p and 84,882 share options granted in September 2003 at 147.27p and has retained all these shares. Mr Hubbard's beneficial share interests now total 1,175,743 shares.
