Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) (a registered Housing Association), including its wholly owned subsidiary Boston Mayflower Finance PLC, is today announcing that Ceri Theobald is leaving Lincolnshire Housing Partnership Limited to pursue new opportunities. We wish him well for the future. We don't expect this will cause any interruptions to our services.

Shaun Harley will take on the role of Interim Chief Executive for 12 months. Shaun is currently Executive Director of People and Change at the organisation. This arrangement will ensure continuity with delivery, stability and remaining focused on our priorities. 

Nicola Ebdon, Executive Director of Governance and Regulation, will also take on the role of Interim Deputy Chief Executive. 

We will provide an update as further decisions are made about a permanent CEO.
