All Leisure group plc charters mv. "Alexander von Humboldt"
Thursday 17 December 2009. Further to the announcement of the acquisition of the mv Alexander von Humboldt on 16 November 2009, the board of All Leisure Group plc (AIM: ALLG) ("the Group") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Phoenix Reisen GmbH, a German cruise operator, to charter the vessel between May and October 2010.
Executive Chairman Roger Allard commented:
"The charter illustrates the potential of the latest addition to our fleet and, as outlined when we purchased the vessel, it was our intention to charter it into the European market for 2010. During the current Winter, Alexander von Humboldt will undergo technical upgrades before entering service."
