The Board of Directors of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (KS005930, KS005935, SMSN, SMSD) ("SEC") on November 30, 2020 authorized the following contribution.
Contribution to Community Chest of Korea's annual fundraising campaign for 2021
- SEC will contribute KRW 33.8 billion to the Heemang 2021 Nanum Campaign of Community Chest of Korea,
a social welfare corporation, to help the underprivileged as a part of our corporate social responsibility.
