Notification to shareholders under changes to UK reporting framework
Cyprotex PLC gives notice it has notified Shareholders that following the publication of FRS 100 'Application of Financial Reporting Requirements' by the Financial Reporting Council the Company is required to change the accounting framework used in preparing entity financial statements ("Parent Company accounts"). Previously the Parent Company accounts of the Company had been prepared under UK GAAP. For the year ended 31 December 2015 the Company intends to adopt FRS 101 'Reduced Disclosure Framework'. The Company's consolidated accounts will continue to be prepared under International Financial Reporting Standards and will be unaffected by this adoption.
