("GVC", the "Company")
Changes to the Membership of the Board Committees
Following the recent appointments to the GVC board of directors ("the Board"), GVC announces the following changes to the membership of the Board's Audit, Nominations and Remuneration Committees:
Audit Committee: The appointment of Will Whitehorn who succeeds Peter Isola as a member.
Nominations Committee: The appointments of Jane Anscombe and Will Whitehorn who succeed Peter Isola and Stephen Morana as members.
Remuneration Committee: Karl Diacono steps down as a member of the Remuneration Committee having been succeeded by Jane Anscombe.
As a result of these changes which took effect on 20 June 2017, the membership of these committees is now as follows:
