CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Resignation of Director

The Board announces that Mr Philip Simon Cammerman resigned as non-executive director of the Company with effect from 22 September 2010. A further announcement regarding the appointment of a new non-executive director will be made in the near future.

The change to the Board's composition is in response to the new Listing Rules with regard to the independence of directors.
