RPS Group PLC24 November 2005 RPS Group plc ("RPS" or "the Group") Changes to the Board RPS Group Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Phil Williams (aged52) as an Executive Director, with immediate effect. Phil Williams is the Chief Executive of the Group's Energy Division. He joinedRPS in September 2003 through the acquisition of Hydrosearch Associates Limitedwhere he held the position of Managing Director. Phil joined Hydrosearch in 1981and was appointed Managing Director in 1983. Over the next 20 years he ledHydrosearch as the company developed into one of the largest energy sectorconsulting groups, operating on a world-wide basis. Since joining RPS, Phil hasplayed a major role in the development and growth of the Energy Division andwill continue to have responsibility for the future growth of this business inhis new role within the Group. In accordance with paragraph 16.4 of the listing rules, he has not been adirector of any publicly quoted company and there is no information to bedisclosed under paragraph 6.F.2 (b) to (g). The Group also announces that Rob Thielen will be stepping down from the Boardas a Non Executive Director, with effect from 31 December 2005. The Board is grateful to Rob for the contribution he has made to the developmentof the Company over the past 3 years and his contribution to the Dutch business,and wishes him well for the future. The Directors intend to appoint another experienced non-executive director tothe Board in due course.
