Changes to Remuneration Committee

Further to the Company's announcement on 19 November 2020, Premier today announces that Mike Wheeler has been appointed as Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee. Mike has been a member of the Remuneration Committee since October 2018 and succeeds Barbara Jeremiah as Chairman following her departure from the Board on 30 November 2020. In addition to Mike's appointment as Chair, Roy Franklin will join as a member of the Committee effective immediately.
