Changes to Nomination Committee

Exova Group plc announces that with effect from 20 December 2016, Bill Spencer, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, and Vanda Murray, Independent Non-Executive Director, joined the Nomination Committee. The Nomination Committee now comprises Allister Langlands (Chairman of the Board and the Nomination Committee), Bill Spencer (Senior Independent Non-Executive Director), Helmut Eschwey (Independent Non-Executive Director), Vanda Murray (Independent Non-Executive Director) and Fred Kindle (Non-Executive Director). The composition of the Nomination Committee is in line with provision B.2.1 of the UK Corporate Governance Code.
