Changes to membership of the Nominations Committee

Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC, the international business information and events group, today announces the following changes to the membership of its Nominations Committee:

Tristan Hillgarth and David Pritchard, existing non-executive directors, have been appointed to join the Committee. Andrew Rashbass (CEO) and Sir Patrick Sergeant (non-executive director and President) have resigned as members of the Committee.

David joined the Board as an independent non-executive director in 2008, was appointed Senior Independent Director in January 2017, is Chairman of the Audit Committee and also a member of the Company's Remuneration and Risk Committees. Tristan joined the Board as an independent non-executive director in 2012 and is also a member of the Company's Audit Committee.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11.
