Change to Committees

Charter Court Financial Services Group plc announces today that Sir Malcolm Williamson has been appointed as Chair of the Nomination Committee with effect from 5 March 2019.

Following Sir Malcolm's appointment as Nomination Committee Chairman, Ian Ward will be stepping down from his current role as Nomination Committee Chairman and continue to serve as a member of the Nomination Committee, Board Risk Committee and Audit Committee, and as Chairman of both the Remuneration Committee and the Stakeholder Committee.

The Stakeholder Committee has been formed to consider matters in relation to environment, social responsibility, reputation, diversity (other than Board diversity), culture, conduct, employee relations, customer relations, ethics and investor relations. The membership consists of Ian Ward as Chairman together with Sir Malcolm Williamson, Tim Brooke and Noël Harwerth.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11.
