Changes to Director's Responsibilities

Coats Group plc ('Coats,' the 'Company') announces that Sarah Highfield, Independent Non-Executive Director, will succeed Fran Philip as the Company's Designated Non-Executive Director for workforce engagement with effect from the conclusion of the Company's AGM on 20 May 2026 (the '2026 AGM').

Fran will retire from the Board at the 2026 AGM following the completion of her nine-year term.

This notification is made in accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.6R(3).
