Changes to Board Roles

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 Micro Focus International plc ("Micro Focus" or "the Group", LSE: MCRO.L, NYSE: MFGP), the international software product group, advises that Sander van't Noordende will be taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer of Randstad N.V. with effect from 29 March 2022, a company which he currently sits on the Supervisory Board. Sander will join their Executive Board, subject to shareholder approval, in early January 2022.

The Board wishes to congratulate Sander on the new appointment. In light of this, Sander has informed the Board of his intention to retire as a director of Micro Focus International Plc, following the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and consequently will not be seeking re-election.
