SeaEnergy PLC announces that Mike Comerford has decided to leave the Company to pursue other interests, and has stepped down from his Board positions with immediate effect. He will continue in a consulting role until the completion of a specific project.
David Sigsworth, Chairman, said "SeaEnergy thanks Mike for his service, energy and significant contribution during the strategic realignment of the business, and wishes him well for the future. SeaEnergy is committed to its strategy as an innovation-led energy services business, and looks forward with confidence to the future. SeaEnergy will be announcing its results for 2014 on 16 April 2015".
