Changes to Board Composition Great Portland Estates plc (the "Company" or "GPE") announces that Alison Rose does not intend to seek re-election at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held in July 2023. Alison will formally step down from the Board at the conclusion of the AGM.
