UBM plc Changes to Board committees

UBM plc announces the following changes to its Board committees:-

Remuneration Committee

Alan Gillespie has decided to step down as Chairman and member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 August and will be succeeded by Greg Lock.

Dame Helen Alexander, Chairman of UBM plc, has joined the Remuneration Committee as a member.

Audit Committee

Alan Gillespie will join the Audit Committee as a member on 1 August.

This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph LR 9.6.11 of the FSA's Listing Rules.
