CHANGES TO ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

The Company announces that changes to the Articles of Association of the Company that were filed with the FCA and LSE on 3 August 2015, were adopted by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 10 September 2015.

The amended Articles of Association of the Company have been filed on the National Storage Mechanism appointed by the Financial Services Authority and can be accessed at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
