As of January 23, 2015, Mr. Sergiu - Cristian Manea has resigned from his position as Director of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A.

Mr. Sergiu - Cristian Manea's mandate ceases in compliance with the provisions of Article 17 paragraph 13 of the S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. Articles of Incorporation as a result of notifying the Board of Directors on December 23, 2014 of his resignation.

The selection of a new Board member for the vacant position will be carried out in accordance with the legal and statutory provisions.
