Changes of Director and Company Secretary

Elephant Capital (AIM: ECAP) announces the appointment of Vincent Campbell, and the retirement of Elizabeth Tansell, as a Non-executive Director and Company Secretary with effect from 7 May 2015.

Vincent Campbell, aged 63, is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and is Head of Operations and a director of SMP Fund Services Limited. He has over 25 years' experience in fund administration. He spent 13 years in industry with the Argyll Foods Group and Courtaulds and served as the Finance Director of GAM, Isle of Man and was also a Director of their Dublin operation. He then joined Barings as an Executive Director being further appointed as a Director of several listed companies and acting as Company Secretary. Before joining SMP Fund Services Limited in 2007, Mr Campbell had a brief engagement as General Manager of a local Isle of Man independent fund administrator and corporate service provider.

Mr Campbell is, or has been within the five years preceding this announcement, a director of the following companies:

As at the date of this announcement Mr Campbell does not hold any shares, or rights over shares, in the Company.

Other than as provided above, no other disclosures pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies are required in respect of Mr Vincent's appointment as a Non-executive Director of the Company.
