Changes in the shareholdings of members of the Board of Directors in Sistema PJSFC
Moscow, Russia - 8 June 2018 - Sistema PJSFC ("Sistema" or the "Corporation") (LSE: SSA, MOEX: AFKS), a publicly traded diversified Russian holding company, announces changes in the shareholdings of members of Sistema's Board of Directors (the "Board") in the capital of the Corporation.
The stakes of two Board members in Sistema's capital have changed as a result of the transfer by Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sistema Vladimir Evtushenkov of a 2.5% stake in the Corporation's capital to Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sistema Felix Evtushenkov. As a result, Felix Evtushenkov's stake in the capital of Sistema is 2.6817%, and Vladimir Evtushenkov's shareholding is 61.703%.
Andrey Dubovskov, member of the Board of Directors and President of Sistema, has also acquired a shareholding in the Corporation of 0.0102% of Sistema's capital. As a result of the acquisition his total shareholding in Sistema is now 0.0242%.
