Changes in the Board of Directors of PJSC TransContainer

PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company"), Russia's leading intermodal container transportation and logistics company, announces that on 19 October 2016, its Board of Directors passed the following resolutions:

1. To elect Mr. Alexander Panchenko as Deputy Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors replacing Mr. Alexey Davydov.

2. To elect Mr. Sergey Tugarinov as Chairman of the Company's Strategy Committee replacing Mr. Alexander Panchenko.
