Changes in Supervisory Board

On December 5, 2012, the Supervisory Board of the Company accepted the resignation of Grigol Jincharadze, the Director of the Company's Freight Strategic Business Unit. On December 10, 2012,JSC Partnership Fund, as sole shareholder of the Company, consented to such resignation. Candidates for his replacement are being considered.

Separately, on December 5, 2012, JSC Partnership Fund, as sole shareholder of the Company, appointed Guram Gabunia and TeimurazNergadze as members of the Supervisory Board of the Company, replacing Giorgi Gagnidze and Pridon Rukhaia.
