Current Chairman of the Supervisory Board Mr. Peter Erskine will be replaced atthis position by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Jaime Smith.Current CEO, Mr. Salvador Anglada, will become also Chairman of the Board ofDirectors.
