Changes in PDMR holdings

Changes in PDMR and SDC shares in JSC RusHydro share capital

On September 30th, 2010, the Russian Federal Service for Financial Markets (FSFM) registered JSC RusHydro's Report on the results of the additional share issue (state registration No. 1-01-55038-E-038D as of November 19th, 2009).

Due to the registered share capital increase the following material changes in PDMR and SDC shares in the Company share capital became effective:

1. Share of Kudryavy V.V., member of the Board of Directors, changed from 0.00027% to 0.00025% of the Company share capital;

2. Share of Mantrov M.A., Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, changed from 0.00078% to 0.00073% of the Company share capital;

3. Share of Gorbenko Y.V., member of the Management Board, changed from 0.00056% to 0.0004% of the Company share capital;

4. Share of JSC HydroInvest, the Company's SDC, changed from 1.8066% to 5.5254%.
