In accordance with LR9.6.14(2) the Company announces that Dr Pavel Maslovskiy, Chief Executive Officer of Petropavlovsk PLC is a Director of XAU Resources Inc., which completed an initial public offering on the TSX Venture Exchange, Canada on 18 July 2019. Shares in XAU Resources Inc. are due to commence trading today, Friday 26 July 2019.

Mr Peter Hambro, Honorary President of Petropavlovsk PLC, is also named as a Director of XAU Resources Inc.
