Changes in Board of Directors

EFG Hermes Board of Directors' Change

Cairo, December 25th, 2018: EFG Hermes Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Mr. Simon Eedle from his position as a board member representing DF EFG3 Limited (a subsidiary of Natixis S.A.). Natixis has currently only one representative on the Company's Board.

EFG Hermes Board of Directors also appointed Mr. Timothy Collins and Ms. Elizabeth Crichley as members of the Board, representing RA MENA Holdings LLC and RA Holdings I LLC, for the remaining period of the current term of the Board of Directors (May 2020). It should be noted that the OGM in its meeting dated 6th May 2018 authorized the Board to add two additional members.

The above changes will be subject to approval by the next General Meeting of the Company.
