Change to the total number of voting rights

The Company announces that an option to acquire 282,386 ordinary shares in the Company was exercised on 25 June 2021. The Company utilised treasury shares to settle the exercise of this option. With effect from today's date, the total number of shares in the Company is 298,775,175, of which 11,515,723 are treasury shares and have no voting rights, and 287,259,452 are ordinary shares with voting rights.

The figure of 287,259,452 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
