Change to a PDMR details

Rentokil Initial plc ("the Company") announces that Martin Sawkins, Group HR Director will be taking up a non-executive director position at Scapa Group plc (an AIM listed company) with effect from 1 January 2015. Mr Sawkins also is a non-executive director of Wincanton plc.
