CHANGE TO INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT FEE ARRANGEMENTS

The Board of JPMorgan European Investment Trust plc announces that, effective from

1st April 2020, the Company's investment management fee will be reduced to 0.65% on gross assets in excess of £500m, calculated by aggregating the gross assets of the Growth and Income portfolios. The existing management fee of 0.75% will remain applicable on the aggregated gross assets up to £500m.
