Saltaire, UK, 28 July 2014: Pace plc. today announces a change to Executive Management.

Roddy Murray has stepped down from the Board of Pace with immediate effect.

Belinda Ellis, Group Financial Controller at Pace for 3 years, will be acting CFO until further notice.

Belinda Ellis Biography:

Belinda was appointed Group Financial Controller of Pace Plc. in July 2011. Before joining Pace, Belinda was Finance Director, Planning and Analysis for News International. Prior to this she held a number of finance roles in News Corporation. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, England and Wales, before joining Arthur Andersen. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Manchester University.
