In accordance with LR 9.6.14 the Company wishes to announce that Lord Jitesh Gadhia will be appointed as Independent Non Executive Director of Taylor Wimpey plc with effect from 1 March 2021.
Upon his appointment to the Board of Taylor Wimpey plc, Jitesh will also become a member of the Nomination and Governance Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
